It's SugarCRM Community Edition with Products, Quotes, Contracts, Projects, Reporting, Teams, Workflow, Portal, Maps, Events, greatly improved Cases and enhanced Search. It's completely open source and free to download. 
SuiteCRM may become the most used and most useful CRM globally. SuiteCRM will always be open source - forever.

Netflow Hubs's workflow module is an efficient, powerful, and flexible tool that delivers advanced capability to streamline and automate repetitive tasks freeing users to focus on selling and servicing customers. Netflow Hub users can model business processes and design flexible automated actions that are triggered to run at anytime.

As the workflow engine excels at repetitive tasks but lacks the ability to run with IF statements, we use Google Apps with Google Forms and Java Script where required. In addition to data extraction, transformation and loading using Talend, we use Cloud synchronisation services such as CloudHQ sync and Zapier.
